If you look at the picture you posted in above post you will see partial part of drain bolt for the transfer case. The engine oil, if you can call it that, was at least W.
In fact, I've never seen lube so thick. The lube, when poured, folded like cake batter when hot. It was clear and did not appear to be used. It had a waxy look like cold butter on top. Oddly enough, the transmission lube seemed to be about half as viscous as the engine lube. There is no possible way, that stuff passed through the oil filter. Translation Required The first step is to decipher all of the different abbreviations and numbers to understand what you've got, so you can compare "apples to apples". Regardless, these oils contain viscosity index improvers which modify the rate of change in viscosity with temperature. Now to the numbers: 22, 46 and refer to the viscosity grade VG of the oil; 22 and 46 are ISO grades and refer to the oil's kinematic viscosity in centistokes at 40 degrees Celsius, plus or minus 10 percent.
But to confirm this, each piece of hydraulic equipment must be assessed individually by considering:. Once this has been done and the appropriate type and grade of hydraulic oil have been chosen, the next issue to consider is how to go about changing equipment over to the "standardized" oil. In this case, because we are only considering three different types of mineral oil, we don't need to concern ourselves with the compatibility of seal materials.
But, we do need to concern ourselves with miscibility of the oils. On this score, you won't get any peace of mind from the oil companies. It's highly unlikely any oil blender will tell you that it's OK to mix its oil with a competitor's - and for good reason, too. When oils with different additive chemistry are mixed, there is always a risk of additive "drop-out". At the very least, you should be doing a thorough oil drain, reservoir clean and filter change as part of switching oils.
But unless it's practical or possible to drain every part of the hydraulic systema small percentage of the original oil will remain and be mixed with the new oil. A Check Step Before Switching Before making the switch, it's a good idea to mix equal parts of the original and new hydraulic oil in a glass jar and shake vigorously. Wait half an hour and observe the solution.

Noisy is usually a death knell but you never know without some tests, like charge pressure under load and motor case drain flow.

My factory is located in Dominican Republic. I need to konw that what is the suitable Hydraulic oil for this machine. Probably nothing try googling each product and compare ratings or contact manufactures of the products.
Better yet simply contact the makers of the Press and ask the manufacturer what they would recommend. Sometimes I realise that is harder than it sounds if company is out of business. The AW and HD may denote detergent or other differences it should be easy to check or someone may help fro Cr4.
I have been using any hydraulic oil with a "68" label and had used Rando HD 68, and or any brand labelled 68 in tropical countries. I cant go much deeper as to what are reasons behind this but it concerns with viscosity.

Although many manufactures of hydraulic fluid provide various grades of detergents and oxidation stability in the fluids they produce, the single factor that should weight the heaviest in determining the best choice of fluid to use is viscosityotherwise known as the fluid's weight. Viscosity is also most often expressed as the fluids ISO number or grade.
Common ISO grades for use with hydraulic systems include 32, 46 and Sometimes, 10, or 10 weight is mentioned as well. I would like to point out that for basic operation of any hydraulic system without concern to long-term effects of the systems life, 10W automotive engine may be used, providing it does not contain degertant additives, and these additives used in engine oil can cause corrosion and cavitation.
This occurs because the detergents can cause water that has condensed into the system to emulsify, preventing it from being seperated from the oil. It is recommended however, that a proper hydraulic fluid be used, and chosen based on its ISO grade.
AW32 or AW46
These fluids do not contain harmful additives that can cause damage to components, and are designed to work within a specific temperature range. Higher viscosity hydraulic fluid tend to reduce the system's operating temperature by increasing the volumetric efficiency of the pump. If the viscosity is too high, however, will cause poor mechanical effieciency by increased friction during startup, and may lead to cavitation.
Finding the right ISO grade that balances the benefits of volumetric effeciency against the drawbacks of mechanical efficiency is the key to a good long term oil choice. Ultimatly the manufacturer of the equipment knows this value and is always best to consult the manufacturer to try to obtain the answer. When it is not possible to do this, the age of the machinery may be taken into consideration, as the effects of heat and friction may affect the decision process.
